• Keep sorting after access record

    Sorting the case creation on the date column or another field

    But when users open the record and come back to the view level the sorting has been reset.


    This is an expected behavior in the Customer service work space and we want to suggest to keep sort.

    Issue Definition: "Group By" functionality not working as expected - once a Category is chosen and a record is entered, once it's been exited, the grouping is not saved

     

    CauseIn such situations, there would need to be a default value added in the Controls

     

    Statement: As a default value cannot be added to the Controls of the Group By function.


    Idea: include a default value or keep value defined.

  • Making restrictions on the case form

    Restrictions on the case form to prevent users from replying to emails on the timeline before typifying the case. 

     

    To provide configuration that restrict actions in the case based on status reason or case typification.
