• Add a function to send an email without executing [Test & Enable Mailboxes] using a workflow

    When sending email automatically by workflow, email is not sent unless [Test & Enable Mailboxes] is executed. However, it takes time to work from a personal mailbox every time. When sending emails by workflow, emails should be sent smoothly. Being able to send mail without having to perform [Test and Enable Mailbox] will increase work efficiency and improve convenience.
  • Add a function to synchronize the sort of items displayed in the options of the option set and the sort of list items when exporting to Excel

    Currently, the options in an option set can be ordered as desired by changing the sort. However, when exporting an option set to Excel, the sort settings are not reflected and are displayed in a list in the order of the values. By adding a function that synchronizes the items displayed in the options of the option set with the list item display when exporting to Excel, Dynamics 365 can be more efficient for customer's operation.
  • When the guide is completed in the Guides application, set the completion rate of Work Orders' service task of Field Service to be 100% and the status to be Completed.

    Currently, if the status of the work order service task is completed from Field Service, the Guides side will also be completed. Please let the Guides be able to complete the status of the work order service task of Field Service too. [Actual Results] When the status of the Work Orders' service task is completed from Field Service, the Guides side is also completed. However, it is unclear whether the opposite (Guides > Field Service) is possible as a function because there is no information. [Expected Results] Guides application completes the status of the FielsService work order service task to 100% and completes the status when the guide is completed.

  • Please let the existing entity's icon available to the custom entity.

    Currently, Dynamics 365 does not allow custom entity to use the default entity icon. Please add files of entity icons that exist by default to web resource so that customers can select them for custom entity icons.
  • When creating an email from the timeline, template created in the opportunity should be displayed by search.

    [Actual Results] When an email is created from the timeline of the [Opportunity] record, the record is automatically registered as [To], and the record set as [To] has priority when searching for a template. Therefore, the template of [Opportunity] is not displayed even if the [Related] record is set. When creating an e-mail from the timeline, the template of [Opportunity] can be used by deleting the value of the [To] field that is automatically registered and setting the [Related] record. [Expected Results] When composing an email from the timeline, [Opportunities] templates should be displayed by search.
  • Add a function that allows customers to check the status of import jobs from other than data management view in UCI

    When a user, who has been given import role, imports an Excel file from an entity view, it is possible to send import file. However, since the user does not have administrator role and cannot access some settings, the status of the import job cannot be checked in Settings> Data management> Import. If the status of the import job can be confirmed without moving to data management view, the convenience for customers will be improved.
  • Records should be able to be added to the subgrid even if the record is associated with a parent record.

    [Actual Results] When adding an existing record to a subgrid, if the record is related to a parent record, the message "This record cannot be added because it already has a parent record." is displayed and cannot be added. [Expected Results] When adding an existing record to a subgrid, the target record can be added to the subgrid without the message above even if it is associated with the parent record.
  • Add more control when merging duplicate records.

    [Actual Results] When you merge duplicate records, the user who created the master record becomes the owner, and the creator of the child record no longer has ownership. Also, any contacts, activities, notes, opportunities, and other child custom entity records that were registered in the original records are merged into the master record and cannot be left in the original records. [Expected Results] Customer should be able to set the person who registered the activity details and memos as the owner. Also, it should be possible to leave those data with the original record even after merging instead of automatically linking them to the master record.
  • Add [Time] to [FIniched On] field in [Import Source File] to confirm how long it took to import.

    [Expected Result] Import end date and time should be shown in minutes or seconds units in [Settings] > [Data Management] > [Import] > [Import Source File] records so that customer can see the processing time required for the import. [Actual Result] Customer would like to check the processing time of import, however, the actual processing time is unknownable in minutes or seconds because import source files only record end date as [Finished On]. Also, customer cannot add time to [Finished On] field because the form of import source files is not editable.
  • Add [Time] to [Finished On] field in [Import Source File] to confirm how long it took to import.
