Detailed information visible in workspace
When the preview feature 'Preview New grid control' is enabled, it is not possible to see the detailed information in workspaces. For example, the detailed information (order & lines info) in the Sales order processing and Inquiry when you hove over the ordernumber in the 'With delivery changes' list is gone with the feature enabled. This withholds customer of using the new Grid contol feature. To make the product (F&O) better for our customers, this information should be visible with the feature 'Preview New grid control' enabled. -
Item's multiple issue (Above maximum order quantity)
An item has both a multiple and a maximum order quantity. When entering a sales line with a correct multiple, but above the maximum quantity, the system will ask if you want to change the quantity to the next lower multiple quantity. This is strange behaviour and the system should not ask this when a multiple is already given by the user. Related to case 2010250010000321, which Microsoft didn't want to solve due to the minor impact of the issue. -
Batch job alert - Make the Email field editable
When setting up a batch job, customers want to sent the alert of the batch job to a general email box for logistics, finance, sales, purchase ect. Unfortunatelly, the field for email (SendEmailAddress) on the form 'BatchAlerts' is currently non-editable. The users emailaddress is shown. To be able to help our customers with their question, the field should become editable so any email address can be filled. Note: this field is editable in AX 2009. -
Pruchase order - function 'Split lines'
Having the Polish localization, our customers get the 'Split lines' functionality on Purchase orders.
Find this via the Purchase order > line > Button 'Purchase order line' and see there the 'Split lines' button. Hereafter you are able to fill in how much of the quantity you want to split into a new PO line.
It would be nice it this functionality could be spreid across all localizations, so available for all countries.

The Direct Delivery button is not available on the returned sales order
The Direct Delivery button should be available on the returned sales order.
A sales legal entity in Germany, selling to German customers, is receiving stock via direct deliveries from either LE Poland or the LE in the Netherlands.
When RMA's are created, the stock needs to go back to the Warehouse the goods came from. After creating the RMA, the Returned Sales order screen is used to create the direct delivery purchase return orders for all the lines. This needs to be done per line now, when the vendor (LE Poland or LE the Netherlands) is unequal to the default vendor on the item. Prone to error..
It would become easier if, alike this can be used on the sales order, the button create Direct Delivery can be used on the Returned orders. Then the correct vendor can be more easily set on the lines and the direct delivery purchase return order can be made for the full return order in 1 action.

Support partial match in category hierarchy search
Searching on hierarchy node is possible in D365SCM, but only on full names. We would like Microsoft to expand this functionality to also support partial matches.
This includes searching on standard forms like searching a sales category in the sales order lines, as well as in the new Unified pricing management functionality where category searching is needed for example in the Margin component price adjustments lines and trade agreement lines.
