Some customers standardize on MAC computers, but would still like the ability to use HoloLens w/remote assist. They need to be able to annotate in certain environments in order to communicate sufficiently. Using phones is an option. However, in some situations the screen size of a phone can prove to be a blocker when annotating, because of the many details of the environment. It's also not a good experience when multiple users are trying to look at the same phone in a call.
