• Out of the Box solution to sync users bookable resource calendars and their Office 365 Exchange calendars

    Virtually any person that is a dynamics bookable resource for field service or other activities will also have routine appointments and un-availabilities in their exchange calendar. The exchange calendar is still the foundational tool utilised by all users. I understand this feature has been deprecated, although it is possible to somewhat replicate it using power automation. A workable solution out of the box would be invaluable to avoid booking conflicts. Regards John

  • Time Entries Bug - Customer time entry forces time to "AM"

    If entering an exact time in the Times Entries list (in desktop browser) i.e. modifying the time from the drop down list, the system forces the time "AM" and cannot be changed. This happens for both start and end times. Exact times are needed for client billing.

  • Show travel time to and from field service location

    Can travel time please be added (automatically or manually) so it explicitly shows in the booking as travel to the location and travel from the location back to the default location unless travel directly to another booking is selected. The current system makes absolutely no sense whatsoever because the actual onsite times are unclear, but they are often the most important for service staff & clients to know, not to mention onsite time used for billing. It should also be possible to fix the onsite start/end time and apply travel times to the service have a time to leave the departure point and and ETC on return!
  • Comined Report for Branched Surveys

    It would be ideal if reports could be compiled reflecting the results for the complete chain of branches in a survey
  • Timeline Activity to show the associated object date

    It would be really fantastic if the activity timeline had more options for sorting by the date of the associated activity object. For example, emails often appear our of chronological order if they have not been tracked in order. It would be great if for example the email sent/received date could be used for timeline sorting.

  • Return Travel / Post Booking Work Travel in Bookings and Schedule Board

    Hi,


    We would find it very useful to be able to enter travel time after the work for a booking has been completed and have it display on the schedule in the same manner as travel to a booking currently does. It is rare that our resources travel to successive bookings, but we do have a need to factor in return travel at the end of a day or other travel between bookings.


    Post travel could have options of:

    • Return to resource start/end location
    • Travel to another specified location or unspecified location with a travel time entered
    • Apply travel time for next booking i.e. behave as it currently does now.


    This applies to both work order and project bookings.
