* The current behavior which does not meet the business requirement: - When user turn on "Offline Sync" option, they will be put in the Offline mode and cannot perform real-time task in the Field Service mobile app. - But if users turn off "Offline Sync" option to be in the Online mode, and they suddenly lose the network connection or move to a no-network area, the app will not automatically switch to the Offline mode and users cannot continue with their tasks. *Propose for a future upgrade: - Please let "Offline Sync" as an option for users to download and sync up their data from the cloud while they are working in the Online mode - The Field Service mobile app now can automatically switch between Online and Offline mode based on the network connection of the user's device.
