  • Add option to open Advanced Warehouse Mobile app from within POS application

For stores that are using advanced warehouse capabilities - would like the ability to execute processes through the Warehouse Mobile app while inside the POS application.
  • Provide ability/workflow process to allow over receiving of a transfer order

Currently on transfer orders, the under/over tolerances only affect the shipping portion of the transfer. During receiving, if the receiving side is sent items not on the order or in excess of what was ordered, there is no easy process to mark them as over-received and perhaps trigger workflow to alert the outbound warehouse who can either agree they mis-shipped or deny the over receipt. If they agree, then inventory should be adjusted out of outbound warehouse and into transfer warehouse to allow the over receipt to post.

  • Give POS users the ability to receive inventory from transfer order by license plate

When receiving a transfer order, if the advanced warehouse process has been enabled, allow a store to receive a transfer by license plate to quickly update all items on the LP to received vs. having to receive each individual item.

  • Give POS users the ability to define the LP for items on an outbound transfer order

When creating an outbound transfer order from POS - if the store is configured as an advanced warehouse - allow the user to set the LP # on the items in the shipment so that they can be received by LP by the inbound warehouse.

  • Give users the ability to set a location on items as they are sold, picked or shipped in POS

Some businesses that sell high value products in low volumes would like to track the location that the item was pulled from when sold (for example a jewelry case). Provide an option for location controlled items to prompt POS user to choose location from where it is sold when processing a cash and carry sale or performing a picking operation for a pick up in store or ship from store scenario.
  • Inventory Adjustments from within POS

Ability to allow users to adjust up or down by a specific quantity (not a counting journal with a new on hand). Used for scenarios where an item is damaged or perhaps pulled from stock to be given out as an in-store sample (food items).

  • Enable use of storage and tracking dimensions when creating buyers push lines

Currently when using the buyer's push form, users are only able to choose the product dimensions of style, size, color when choosing the product to distribute. This request is to add the ability to allow users to specific a specific storage or tracking dimension to be distributed (for example, only quantities stored in location X are eligible for transfer). This will allow buyers push to be based off of not just a warehouse - but by the items in a specific location or LP or batch group, etc....
  • Inventory lookup to show breakdown of warehouse locations in POS

Enhance the existing inventory lookup screen in POS to allow users to see the qty of inventory within a certain inventory location within the warehouse (backroom, salesfloor, returns area, etc...). This can better help a user to understand where the inventory is if trying to help a customer locate the item in the store.
  • Ability to easily toggle view of on-hand inventory in POS to show on-hand in "shipping warehouse"

Each POS store can have 2 warehouses linked to it. A main "store" warehouse which represents the physical store and another "shipping" warehouse which may represent another physical location that is not the users current store. When using the inventory lookup form in POS, it would be helpful if a user could quickly toggle to get a view of the on-hand inventory in the "shipping" warehouse linked to the store without having to know that warehouse name or scroll through all of the warehouses that get shown on this form based on fulfillment group setup. A user may know know which warehouse is their "shipping warehouse" by definition, so having a quick way to view inventory in the 'shipping warehouse' to assist a customer in an endless aisle scenario can be beneficial
  • POS search results screen to show on-hand inventory count for items in results

When using the POS search capability - when the list of potential product results appears, it would be helpful to also show the store's current on-hand qty for that item in the display as this may better inform the user as to which item in the search results they may want to select or suggest to a customer (e.g. an item with no inventory may not be worth discussing with the customer).
