Adminstrators to Act as User
Allow Administrators to "Act" as another user within the same session in order to better support the application. For example if a user has inform us of an issue, we should be able to act as them and attempt to replicate the issue. For resolutions and customisations, we should be able to act as the user to test that a resolution is successful. For certain updates/customisations, it is not possible for administrators to test i.e. if it a specific access change to a security role, the only way to test this is to approach a user and get them to test it. What administrators should be able to do is make changes to a users profile, act as them to test the change. Change our own security role will not help as the admin role will override whatever additional role that has been provided. Removing the admin role will result in requiring someone with admin access to revert the admin role. In my opinion, the ability to act as a user (like SAP Ariba) would be a feature of huge benefit.

Fonts in CMS
Considering other Microsoft applications containing 100's of different fonts, it should be a default that available fonts within CMS should have more than the 5 that has been made available. Our company's brand policy requires us to use Font Type = Calibri and Font Size = 11 However both the font type and size is not available to select. The only way to get around this is by changing it in the coding which it accepts both. The issue with this is that the coding is specific to each sentence, hyperlink etc. You cannot change the font of the entire text box in one go which is extremely annoying. It takes about 5 min to change 1 email template. Please add in more fonts OR at least allow a "master" override in the coding so that it updates the entire text box. -
Consistency across free text box formatting options
Since we enable 2020 Wave 1 release in early April, we have noticed that there was a change to formatting options when entering notes/emails etc. This change was great, for example it went from 5 font options to now almost the full library. However when creating Email Templates (under Settings > Templates > Email Templates), the formatting option is still from the previous version. Please look into getting this feature consistent across the product. -
Emails - Inserting Templates
The process of inserting templates contains a few additional clicks that are not necessary. Ideally, when clicking on "Insert Template" it should bring up a list of templates immediately without having to have the user verify whether the template is related to the "Recipient" or "Regarding". Essentially, how MS Outlook behaves. You click on "Insert Template" and you then you choose the template. Whilst this may not seem cumbersome for a couple of emails, if you had to send 100's or 1000's of emails a day, it does add up. I assume that there must be a genuine reason for it be set up this way in the first place so maybe an option to disable this feature would be beneficial to companies who also feel that this process is unnecesssary. -
Performing a Search whilst in a specific View in Advanced Settings
From the Advanced Settings, when you perform a search (for example in a Queue, Users etc), the search returns all results rather than the view you were in. If I was in a view that shows "Active Queues" and i performed a search, I would expect only to return results from the Active View however it returns results to include inactive queues as well. It makes searching a bit difficult especially if your active and inactive views could contain hundreds and/or thousands of records. -
Timeline Activity Timestamp
Timestamps on timeline activities can only be either Date Sort or Date Sent. Not sure what the decision is behind this but why is "Date Created" not an option? Not all activities has a "Date Sent" and utilising Date Sort doesn't help when records are modified. Please have a think about this as it doesn't really make any sense.
