So the record cannot be deleted in party table. But , isn’t there any way we control the parties that are visible in user relations?? I mean , is there a possibility to write query such a way that the records in user relations are retrieved if the party is also present in the worker table

  • Support of decimal points more than two for Tax, price, charge, sales amount etc. in POS

    Description of problem: Implementation is to be done in Bahrain, Muscat & Kuwait. To support the Financials, need to activate local currency in 3 Decimals. 3 decimal points is not supported at MPOS as of now. Even if, the functionality are achieved through extension, 1. MPOS/CPOS will not recognize the extra decimals. 2. There will also be issues with retail statement calculation and posting. We have many countries with this requirement.

    Description of problem: When an accrual entry is created where more than one fiscal year is involved, and the future fiscal year is not open then system does not allow to post those entries and gives error. Opening future period in advance is a risk from customer's perspective Error message: Period...not open Repro steps: 1. Create an Accrual Scheme 2. Create a General Journal 3. Apply the accrual scheme in that general journal 4. Post the entries 5. If more than one fiscal year is involved then entries are not posted and gives error "Period...not open" Expected Result: There should be no requirement to have the future fiscal period open. There should be a functionality where the future period entries can be stored at backend or somewhere and when the period gets created in the system, system should either post those entries automatically or prompt the user to post the same
  • Values under Half Day definition to be renamed

    Description of problem: In the request time off tab when the worker select the Amount as "Half Day" then in the Half Day definition field values "First Half" and "Second Half" are shown. Customer has requested to rename the values to "Morning" and "Afternoon" respectively. We are not able to rename the same by Personalisation option. Repro steps: 1. Select "Request Time Off" in Employee Self Service tab. 2. Select the respective leave type and dates. 3. Under Amount select "Half Day". 4. In "Half Day definition" field "First Half" and "Second Half" are shown

    Description of problem: At the time of Hire Employee under Personnel Management users have to manually enter the Probation Period under Employment. Users have requested the Probation Period to be auto tagged as 90 days at the time of hiring employee. Repro steps: 1. Under Personnel Management click on the Employees tab and select the Employee. 2. Under Employment tab the "Probation Period" date has to be manually selected for each employee. User has requested for the Probation period to be auto tagged as 90 days from Date of Joining.

  • :Electronic Reporting- Fixed asset roll forward report incidences

    [BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM] *** Fixed Asset roll forward report We have to add three fields in this report: 1) Ledger account 2) Business unit 3) Depreciation rate Unable to add these 3 fields in the FA roll forward report We have request for adjusting the fixed asset roll forward report and add business unit , ledger account and Depreciation rate We checked the configuration and noticed that AssetRollForwardTmp table does not include this field and also we cannot create a connection between this temp table and the DefaultDimension. The DefaultDimension field exists in AssetTrans table. At this point the customer has no option to make adjustments and this was the purpose of electronic reporting, to make it flexible for customers to make adjustments. We can understand this is not the current design and we are thinking if you can consider a DCR to allow customers to make adjustments easier to this report. We don’t think we should ask the customer to adjust the table because this would be considered customization and we do not support that and also because they do not know how the table was created. WeI think this should be included in the official solution. . From electronic reporting customers should be capable to do any changes they wish without the need to change in the code. This is why we have electronic reporting, to improve the customer experience and make it easier and more flexible for customers to create their own reports.

  • Format invoice proposal button is disabled for Project Customer advance invoice

    Description of problem: For project when customer advance transaction is created, on the invoice proposal form the 'Format Invoice Proposal' button on the print node of the form is disabled Repro steps Company: USSI Navigation path: Project management and accounting > All projects > Select a time and material project Click Manage > Bill > Customer advance > Request a customer advance Enter description and amount and Click ‘Ok’. Verify Invoice Proposal form is opened. Click Print > Format invoice proposal button. Issue – ‘Format invoice proposal button’ is disabled. Actual result: Format invoice proposal button is disabled when checked on invoice proposal form by creating the customer advance. Expected result: Format invoice proposal button should be enabled even invoice proposal`s are created through the customer advance.
