By entering project hours in mobile app, the activities from work breakdown structure (PSP codes) are sorted by activity number from number sequence. No one is able to find his activity to post to with the activity number by number sequence. He needs to sort by PSP code / WBS-code to choose his activity post to.

Actually the project quotation lines are sorted by activity number. If the WBS are updated with new lines in the WBS - not at the end of the WBS - the project quotation is still sorted by activity number. So the quotation lines are not anymore structured. Idea: At a editable position number in the WBS details. By transfer the WBS lines into the quotation the quotation lines will be structured by PSP number like: 1 1.1 1.1.01 1.1.02 2 2.1 2.1.01 2.102 etc.

In project business the project manager needs to approve the project hours for his projects. The time sheets are mixed with different projects. Which of the different project managers the workflow has to assign to? Currently it is not possbible to define to project managers in workflow. Idea: Adding a parameter -> Project time sheets per project. A new time sheet gets the project in the header and the workflow needs possiblitiy to assign to project manager of projects.

In FO we are missing a prepayment function like in purchase orders.

Also if prepayment is paid - the sales order needs to get a new status: Ready for shipping.

Most of customers needs this functionality in our projects - because of international background.
