  • Add page load timer - To compare and monitor performance

To be able to time exactly how long it takes to open a form, or perform a process in Dynamics 365 for finance and Operations. This would be a good tool to compare environment performance across customer as well as  between different environments.

  • Flex overview report should have a parameter for page break per employee

In the "Flex overview report" employees are printed on separate pages. When printing the report for a specific day, we get one line per page. That is not a good solution to get an overview of the currenct flex balances.

It would be great to have a parameter in the report saying if you want the result printed as a list or separated on one page per employee.

  • Punch clock app - To solve timeout issues at time registation terminals

We have a  PC which functions as a terminal for clock-in and clock-out is logged on with the user time@xxxxx.com. The pc is set up with autologon and in startup there is a shortcut to the interface for clock-in/clock-out.

This is working fine, but when authentication timeout occurs this will leave the terminal in a non-operable mode until someone clicks the login again and the page refreshes.

We would suggest that Microsoft creates a "Punch Clock App" to be used for terminals clock in/out. Solve the issues with timeouts and the interface would be created for a touch screen.

  • Add Default filter when creating workbook from designer

To be able to load data entities in excel using the workbook designer it should be possible to add a default filter when creating the workbook so that data entities with millions of transactions will be able to load, not time out because of the number of lines.

  • Generate paymentfile accross legal entities

The process of creating ISO20022  payment files for the bank involves a lot of manual steps. Especially when you are operating with several bank accounts and many legal entities.

The process of creating one file per bank account per legal entity should not be necessary. The user should be able to generate one file for several bank account and several legal entities. The ISO20022 credit transfer file format support several bank accounts in one file, and there is no reason why we should not be able to generate the same.

The process could then be to generate payment proposal from one form for all legal entities or in each legal entity. When the proposals are created, the payment file generation has a query where the user can select bank accounts and legal entities. When the selection is done the file is generated and it is only necessary to upload one file to the bank.

Our customer is using centralized payments today, but they do not want to use this anymore due to all the intercompany transactions. I hope that Microsoft and others will find a solution like this useful.
