Connection between Glassbox and Microsoft Dyamics 365
We would like to integrate Glassbox in our CRM so that we can track the behavior of our users, to understand how they are using the dynamics platform, user metrics and by understanding that we will be able to spread the best practices to our internal users.
For now we don’t have any kind of users analytics tool that can provides us some insights and metrics on user behavior.
