We have just implemented Field Service in our organization (EWII) and NetCompany (external support) suggest that we submit this idea here, as you (Microsoft) have informed them, that it is not possible in Field Service to set up your own scheduling board as the first board to be displayed. Apparently, the sorting order is as follows: "Shared with everyone" > "Shared with me" > "Shared with specific persons". We would like to be able to adjust the setting, for each individual using Field Service, so we can have the possibility to choose our own board as the first one displayed. We are able right now to move the boards around by 'dragging' them with the mouse on the computer, but Field Service doesn't save the changes - so the next time you enter the planning board, the default board ("Shared with everyone") is the first one again. Would this be possible? :)

The scheduling board in Field Service has a map to the left, which displays all the work orders on the list chosen below. Currently, it is not possible for the map to only show work orders on a sorted list - for example, if you choose one of the lists and filter on the work orders for a specific date, the map does not update to only show the filtered work orders on that specific date. Can you combine the map and the lists, so the map only displays the sorted list? It would make the planning a lot easier. NetCompany has informed, that they talked to you about this case and that you thought it was a good idea. According to them, you wanted us to suggest the idea on this site, so that you can consider implementing it. Thank you :-) BR Mie Hovlund
