  • Able to Export Charts as PDF, PPT or as Image File

    When users try to export charts from CRM online org they get option to export it as a XML file which opens as a XXML data table in Excel. However this XMl file is of not much helpful to users as they cannot view it as chart.

    Product Suggestion:

    If a functionality is introduced to export charts from CRM online org as PDF, PPt or any image file it would be of great help to users.

     

     

     

  • Track All Email Messages from other folders

    By design  the option “Track email messages in response to CRM email”  currently only works for inbox folder. Customer wants an option to use “Track All Email Messages”, to track emails from other folders as well

    The option “Track email messages in response to CRM email”  currently only works for inbox folder only in Email Router and Server Side Sync. It is a by design.

    We want when we select tracking option  “Track email messages in response to CRM email", it should help us to track emails in response and replies to that emails also get tracked which are present in sent folder and not in Inbox.

     

  • Quick Find to Search emails with Email body content

    In CRM online using Quick Find it is not possible to search emails with Email body content, this is by design limitation. Currently Full Text Search feature is not available for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online. If Full Text Search feature is available then it is possible to search emails with Email body content.

    There is option of Full-text search in CRM on premise which makes it possible to search emails from Quick Find with Email body content.

    CRM IDEA:

    Full Text Search feature should be introduced in CRM online which will make possible to search emails from Quick Find with Email body content.

  • Activity Follow limit

    Currently by default 1000 is limit of the records that a particular user can follow in CRM online.

    If a User wants to follow more than 1000 records then currently there is no out of box functionality to increase the same.

     

    Suggestion:

    System Admin should get option to increase the default 1000 value of ActivityFeedFollowLimit from the User Interface or there should be no cap on number of Records a particular user can follow.
