Provide call control button to choose sound output device
As of today Remote Assist Mobile only uses the phone speaker or a connected cable headset. Suggestion: Provide a button similar to the Teams app that allows the remote user to switch to loudspeaker or a connected Bluetooth device. This makes sense in noisy environments but also in situation where other people should not hear the communication with the expert (for example in a hospital). -
Provide more styling flexibility for booking cells, resource cells and resource cards
Today a user is able to modify the HTML that generates the resource cell and the booking cell. It is however not possible to use styles, making it very hard to impossible for example to visualize option sets or Boolean attributes. Suggestion: Provide the ability to use
