  • I want to set up a Microsoft 365 group email address for a queue in Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Dynamics 365 Customer Service doesn't allow you to queue email addresses for users who don't exist.

With the implementation of this function, the scope of more flexible system construction and the creation of automation rules will be expanded.

Expect the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to change the language of Sales Copilot prompts

Sales Copilot prompts are displayed in English, unlike the user's interface language.

In addition to the response from Copilot, we believe that applying the user's interface language to the language of the prompt will make it more familiar with Copilot, improve usage, and make it more useful for users who are already using it.

Expect the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to hide users in the Power Platform environment.

In the Power Platform admin center, if you want to remove users who have already been added, you need to delete the user accounts in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Therefore, you cannot delete or hide active users in the Microsoft 365 admin center. There are many scenarios where active users in the Microsoft 365 admin center are not being used in the environment. By implementing a feature to hide users in the Power Platform admin center, it will allow for better visibility of users utilizing the environment, making it clearer who the users of the environment are. I hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to display a submenu on the PowerBI dashboard

On PowerBI dashboards that can be deployed in Dynamics 365, it is not possible to display submenus on the dashboard. By enabling the display of submenus on the dashboard, we can successfully shorten operational processes and improve business efficiency. I hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • Incident entity's [Resolve] and [Cancel] messages.

Currently, it is not possible to change the messages displayed when clicking the [Resolve Incident] and [Cancel Incident] buttons, which are set by default on the incident entity.

If the entity name is changed, a scenario will occur where the message does not match the entity name.

Having the ability to change the message allows for a more flexible system construction.

I hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • Request for Support Services to be Confirmed When Unexpected Behavior Occurs in Dynamics 365

In Power Platform, you can learn about events that have a significant operational impact through notifications in the message center and known issues. However, it is not possible to check all events through those services. Since some events may affect customers, there is a need for a tool to monitor incidents where functionality is not operating normally. We hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to register the filter conditions for the view all at once

Currently, the filter conditions for the view need to be set for each record individually.

This can be very time-consuming when searching for multiple values.

Having the ability to distinguish values using certain symbols such as '/', ';', etc., and a feature to register conditions in bulk will enhance the convenience of setting filter conditions.

I hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to restrict actions on the Activity table

In Power Platform, actions can be performed on the Activity table on the timeline.

However, it is not possible to set security roles for each action.

This prevents the ability to restrict actions, allowing users with lower roles to execute actions as well.

By enabling restrictions through security roles, it becomes possible to build a more flexible system.

I hope for the implementation of this feature.

  • I want to change the default language

In Power Platform, tables can be created by assigning the role of [Environment Maker] and custom roles.

However, read permissions for records on the created tables are not granted, and it is necessary to grant permissions individually for each table.

By automatically granting permissions for the created tables, we can reduce business workloads and utilize the system more conveniently.

I hope this feature will be implemented.

  • I want to control the display of the grid control.

In Dynamics 365 app views, you can select a grid control from [Show As].

However, it is not possible to control which grid controls can be selected by each user.

If there are grid controls that only administrators want to use, the absence of this feature could impact system configuration and operation scenarios.

Being able to control which grid controls are displayed to users through security roles, for example, would allow for more flexible system configuration.

The implementation of this feature is highly anticipated.
