      I would like to see a preview of a marketing email sent as a text email, similar to the HTML email preview screen.

      The existing plain text preview screen is small and difficult to confirm.

      It would be useful to be able to check it on a large screen, like previewing an HTML email.

    • Ability to know whether the record registered in the "Cases" entity has been read or unread

      Currently, there is no functionality to know whether a record registered in the "Cases" entity has been read or unread.

      Adding this functionality will improve convenience for users.

    • Remove opening of Phone Call quick create form when choosing to make a call from Dynamics 365

      Now with Unified Interace, choosing to click on phone icon within CRM Dynamics 365, the Quick Create for is automatically opened. This is undesired new functionality with the UI.

      Please consider giving the customer the choice of the Quick Create form opening or not.

    • Ability to extract only environments with Dynamics 365 apps enabled

      Currently, there is no functionality in the Power Platform admin center that allows you to extract only environments that were created with "Enable Dynamics 365 apps" turned on.

      Having this functionality will improve user convenience.

    • Transferring calls received on the voice channel in Omni-Channel (Contact Center)

      There is no function to transfer calls received on the voice channel of Omnichannel for Customer Service (Contact Center) to another phone, such as a CX mobile phone.

      If this function is implemented, it is expected that CX's operations will run more smoothly.

    • Ability to output images embedded in rich text fields to forms such as Word templates

      There is no function that allows images embedded in rich text fields to be output to forms such as Word templates.
