Unable to filter file field datatype in the Advance find and views.
we are unable to use the condition in the advance find filter criteria for the File field datatypes and also facing the same issue in the edit filter criteria while creating the views. we were able to use new filter within the model driven App, but unable to use the filter for the file datatype fields in the advance find filter criteria and in the edit filter criteria in the views. -
Edit column feature not available in dynamics member action pop up in the UCI.
In Web client: Navigation: D 365 Instance -> Marketing -> Marketing Lists -> if there is no existing lists (create a dynamic marketing list) -> open any marketing list -> you can see an option as manage menber just below the ribbon, click on Manage member (option) under the ribbon -> Pop up dialog appears with view having " edit columns " option in it. In UCI: Navigation: D365 Instance -> marketing lists -> if there is no existing lists (create a dynamic marketing list) ->open any marketing list -> you can see an option as manage member just below the ribbon, click on Manage member (option) under the ribbon -> Pop up dialog appears with view but there is no option of edit column. Legacy web client behaviour: Manage members screen was customizable and columns were applied after the “Contact List Member View” view on contact was customized. No view had to be selected UCI behaviour: UCI behaviour only showing two columns and screen is not customizable (no edit column option) -> Feature Limitation of Marketing list in UCI. A view has to be selected in order to show more than the two default columns Expected: ======== The edit columns option should be present in the manager member action pop up in the marketing list in the UCI where as we have edit columns option in Web client. Actual: ======== Unable to have the same feature (edit column) option in UCI. Ask: ====== feature of having edit columns option in manage member's action pop up in the UCI where as it is working fine in Web client. -
Should be able to customize the date and time behavior while exporting to excel
When we export the time entries to excel, both the date and time is displayed in the exported excel. we have verified when we export to excel and in the pivot table we observed that the particular behavior of the date field is set to date and time and is greyed out. It would be helpful if this option can be customized , as we users doesn't want to have the time to be displayed -
is User is not able to configure the event (onrecordselect) for editable sub grid which is inside the reference panel
Repro steps: Insert Reference Panel Section within the form Insert Sub-Grid within the inserted reference panel Transform the grid from read-only into editable Add event handler for the mentioned sub-grid and choose event as Onrecordselect Save and Publish the form But then when i check the grid control (Event Handler) registered OnRecordSelect Event is gone. Ask; ===== Appreciate if the above functionality could be added . -
Annotation cursor hover that shows the created by, created on, modified by, modified on is not working in D365 9.1
In CRM 2015 version, In the case/record details under Services, there's a box that appeared and shows the created by, created on and last edited by and last edited on. But we don't have the same options when we verify the same in the 9.1.1.914 / DB 9.1.1.914 Issue: The cursor hover that show the created by, created on, modified by, modified on is not working in D365, unlike in CRM 2015 Repro Navigation: -> User create a note in case entity. ->'A different user modified that same note, after the second user finished modify the note, it will automaticaly change the modified by and modified on Ask: The User think this as a very valuable and important features, and they would like to have the feature in D365. -
Connections should be shown under related entities in Segments in Marketing App
Suggested Idea: Users would like to see / have "connections " to be able to include under the Related entity lookup in the Segment of the Marketing App. Description: ========= when Users constructing a segment, Connections is missing along with a number of other related entities. Ask: === We will be glad if we can introduce the connections and some of the related entities in the Add related Entity in the segment in Marketing App. -
Business hours should navigate to the customer service schedule rather than the Holiday schedule
Ask:

When we open the SLA's, From the SLA Items gird when we click on the Business Hours, it is suppose to navigate to the Customer service schedule but rather it is navigating to Holiday schedule.
We have been informed that it is currently expected that This is because both Holiday schedule and customer service schedule are URL(observed in the Site map editor). Both of them are displaying same entity(calendar) records but in different views.
while opening holiday schedule records we see them opening in main form whereas for customer service schedule they are opening in quick view from.
while opening records in the column of business hours in SLA items system tries to open in the main form hence users are observing the navigation to holiday schedule.
Request:
========
we will be appreciated if we can have the feature of opening the Customer service schedule rather than the holiday schedule while clicking on Business Hours.

ToolTip should display the data in the same way mentioned in the description
Issue: Currently the description added in the details are displaying in continuous Line on the view despite of showing them in same way as mentioned in the description field.
Eg: For an account, we have added the description in multple lines as below:

Ask:

We understand that the above behavior was in classic view and no more available in UCI. Appreciate if you can bring the same feature in UCI.

need the chatbot options to be displayed vertically
Current behavior:
-> currently the chat Bot options are displaying horizontally.
Feature request:
-> User would like to have an option to make the chatbot options to be displayed vertically so that user can be able to see all the available options despite of showing the limited options in horizontal way since we need to manually click the side dropdown to display these options.
whereas in vertical way, users can be able to see all the options available.
Ask: Appreciate if the feature "display chatbot options vertically" can be included in future release.

Should be able to drag and drop the assigned bookings in to the Unassigned bookings
Issue:

As per the OOB functionality, we have the feature to drag and drop the Unassigned bookings over the schedule board to make them assigned.
User's ask:
============
User also wants the feature to make an already booked bookings over the schedule board to drag and drop them back in the Unassigned bookings to make them Unassigned.
