  • Ability to link multiple records to activities

    I understand that several activity types can have multiple customers linked but the regarding field is limited to one. So if I have a custom entity (e.g. "Project") then I cant link one email to multiple projects. Connections doesnt work for me because
    1) It takes lots of clicks
    2) Users dont like it
    3) It doesnt allow the activity to be seen in the activity list on the left nav of the project.

    So basically it would be great to be able to choose multiple regarding items in one activity

  • Create an email using the Outlook email form

    My clients would really like to be able to selected one or many contacts in the outlook or web client and be able to open an OUTLOOK email address to these contacts.

    It would be nice to have the track in crm buttom defaulted to on in this instance.

  • Allow mixted marketing list

    Allow a marketing list which inlcudes contacts AND accounts

  • "Last contacted" date on all activity enabled entities

    It would be great to be able to see a "last contacted" date in views for accounts, contacts and any other activity enabled entity. It would simply show the date of the latest activity (email, phone call, meeting) linked to that item

  • Be able to re open closed acitivities

    There doesnt seem to be a way of re-opening an activity when it is closed. This would be useful

  • Alow choice of other custom email addressable items for marketing lists

    If I create a custom entity and enable it for email, why cant I include it in a marketing list

  • Account renaming

    I have renamed the "Account" entity to "Company" but on the marketing list form the type dropdown stills contains "Account, Contact" instead of "Company, Contact"
