Holiday evenings
Each SLA Item is related to "Business Hours" (Customer Service Schedule) where we can specify the Weekly Schedule.
This schedule can be related to a Holiday Schedule where we can define full non-working days.
Our idea is to add an option for half-day and specify the working hours for half days.
I imagine it as follows:
- In the "Customer Service Schedule", if the "Holiday Schedule" field has the value "Observe" then an option to define the schedule for half-day will be visible in addition to the weekdays.
- In the "Holiday Schedule" entity, there will be a new indication of whether it is a full day or a half-day.
- The SLA calculation will work according to the half-day schedule if the indication shows a half-day.

Massively update Holidays
It should be possible to massively update Holidays using import from Excel

Workspaces - Agent experience profiles - move users between profiles
Currently, the only option to check the User's experience profile is to go one-by-one and search.
So when we need to add a user to a profile, we first need to check the other profiles to remove him and only after that we can add him.
My idea is:
- Add an option to search for a user within all profiles.
- And/or if the user already has a profile, when adding him to a different one the system will remove him from the previous one in the background without having to remove him manually.

Enable per‑field configuration to disable thousand separators for Whole Number fields in Dataverse / Dynamics 365
Add a field‑level setting for Whole Number fields in Dataverse that allows disabling the thousand separator. Today, number formatting is controlled only by global or personal regional settings, which affects all numeric fields. Many scenarios require a single field to display numbers as a continuous string (e.g., identifiers, counters, integration values). Enabling a per‑field toggle (e.g., “Apply thousand separator: Yes/No”) will improve flexibility, reduce workarounds, and provide more accurate UX control within model‑driven apps.
