Project item journals are unable to post in next open ledger period with “Automatically set accounting date to open ledger period” parameter on
With the “Automatically set accounting date to open ledger period” parameter on in Project management and accounting module, it should allow user to post journals (Hour, Item, Expense, and Fee) in unopened period. However, it works for Hour, Expense and Fee journals, and blocked only Item journals.
-> This issue causes lot of additional work to the users to change the transaction dates for every work order line and process the work order once again through Field service integration

Scale up Archive Dynamics 365 Finance General ledger data
Currently, the Archive data size has a maximum row limit of 500 million. If the number of rows archived exceeds this limit, the archive job will stop and encounter error.
However, for clients operating in retail, due to their business nature, they have an exceeding number of rows compared to the system limit. Since data archive is critical to their business, we want to suggest scaling up the archive data size to meet their business requirements.

In Fixed asset module, please allow user to link the major type with a default financial dimension.
Whenever users create a new fixed asset, they need to manually fill the financial dimensions - cost ID, cost centre etc which requiring more time and work from them to perform and monitor the task.
It would help to reduce the human error in the task if the system allows user to link the financial dimension to the major type of fixed asset, so they can be populated automatically on its financial dimension on its book.

Unable to delete denomination currency if it is used as accounting currency in any entities
Current system is designed that a denomination currency cannot be deleted if it is used on posted or unposted transactions or if any company has access to the currency.
However, there is no warning or documentation which informs user about this when they set up the denomination currency to be the same as accounting currency. Therefore, it makes this a one-way setup with no undo available. Users should be informed about this before finishing the setup.
In the case that the denomination currency is the same with the accounting currency of the same entity, if there is no serious negative impact, the denomination currency should be able to be deleted.
