  • Need ways to administer instance of Customer Insights

    It would be helpful for an admin to be able to: - reset an instance of Customer Insights to start over - back up and restore to point-in-time an instance's configurations (data sources, rules, measures, etc) - remove data sources with one click without having to manually undo all the "unify" steps

  • Create Segments using Enrichment Parameters

    It would be helpful for the segment designer to show the brands and categories that were used to enrich the customer profiles. For example, if you configured two enrichment categories "Coffee" and "Home brewing", the segment designer should allow the user to easily select Customers where affinity category = Coffee. The enrichment categories and brands should be shown as a dropdown in the segment designer so it is easier for the user to see which are available.
