I would like to be able to create charges (ie transport cost or other cost) on a project quotation like we can do on a normal sales quotation. It would improve the consistency in the way of work in our organisations.

Hi i would like to use Cross and up-sell within our normal sales process without having to use the call center functionality. In my opinion this functionality should support all sales processes, not just a call center proces. We now use the supplementary items but that functionality does not give a user the advice/popup to sell additional items.

I would like that the VAT group is selected automatically based on the (invoice or delivery) address of the customer/prospect etc.

There is some functionality available on the VAT group form when we key in an address with country, the VAT group is automatically selected when you use the country code (based on the country in the "call center default values"). But we can only select one country in that form.

In the "retail destination based tax" we can select multiple country's for a specific VAT group. But the system does use this functionality/country's.

I would like a parameter in the standard sales system that can set the default taxgroup on a relation based on the countries in the "retail destination based tax".

For in our case we have "local" VAT, "European" VAT outside "EU" vat. And there is more than one country in the EU.

Hi, there should be a parameter to enable the Project quotation review workflow process. Currently you can only process ('Send') a quotation if the status is Approved - and therefore if our business doesn't need to approve project quotations, we have to setup a workflow which automatically approves all quotations - and the user has to submit the quotation for approval and wait for the workflow jobs to process the quotation.

For purchase orders, there's a parameter which enables or disables the purchase order approval workflow, and the same should be available for project quotations.
