  • use emails imap / smtp in dynamics 365

    customers do not have exchanges (cloud or onpremise) and do not want to migrate to this system, but they use they own system, they are asked to use the imap / smtp protocols in dynamics 365, the mail router that allowed to do this has been deprecated and no longer works, can you implement this possibility in dynamics 365 ?

    normal user every time choose wrong istance like default instance, it's possible to hide it? not remove or delete but only hide. thanks

  • Trash Bin Trash Can

    it's a good idea to have a trash bin in Dynamics 365, then when a user delete a record the administrator can recover the record from a trash bin.

    the data that are in the trash area stored for a maximum of 30 day and it do not count in the GB size of Database in the Dataverse, also it's a good idea that only admin can access to the trash bin or other user based on Role.


    it's possibile to implenet this functionality?
