Project Operations Estimates should be accurate and reflect billing setup . Non chargeable elements should be excluded from sales estimate calculation which doesnt happen today
Project Estimates is a great tool for forecasting and budgetting. It is important that project estimate reflect accurate costs and revenue anticipated on the project
If these are not accurate all reporting will be incorrect in the system as Actuals v/s forecast v/s budgets wont reflect the task billing setup
These estimates are also synced with Finops and are used for Revenue recognition. for a finance system estimates not reflecting tasks billing setup is not correct.

Ability to add new columns to Task grid similar to the feature available on standalone Project for web solution.
As of today there is no easy way to add a new column to task grid and have it sync to a task table. This is an absolute must of major/complex projects. As of today there is no easy way maintain any additional metadata related to tasks in an easy manner

Improve Approval User experience
The current approval experience is not geared towards reviewing and approving time efficiently.
- The Approval screen should allow approver to view weekly totals by date, resource and project.
- It should have a similar grid view as time entry to allow for a better overview of submitted time
- An Approver should not be able to change filters and view other approvals, which could give rise to compliance issues
