Security diagnostics show role relationship of duties and tasks for listed roles
On the Security and diagnostics page show the relation ship of the Duties and privileges to the Roles displayed. or at least sorted by relationship Role - duty - privileges. at the moments it is showing all roles with access then all duties with access, etc. the info is great but without the relationship you have to go and review each role manually in the security configuration anyway.

Financial Tags: add all journal and documents and allow table/list default values to auto post
Default financial tags based on linked list (similar to the entity backed financial dimensions) but also auto insert the tags as the default value on all journals and document lines, based on the list it is linked to.
for example if a tag is linked to the customer account list, add a Boolean on the setup to auto insert the customer Account on any journal and document where the customer is used all the way to ledgerJournal as a default.

Advanced notes and attachment management setup and overview
Notes and attachments should link from module to module and be visible across modules.
- Add a note or attachment to customer or Vendor and allow for the default to be set if the notes and attachments should be internal or external by default. (some you may want internal only and others aways external).
- Allow for the note or attachment to be "transferred" between documents form Customer to sales order header or lines for example.
- and then for example from Sales order header or lines to invoice header or lines.
- On the customer i must be able to see all attachments and notes that was added in the system from all the modules. if attachments where added to invoice, sales order, sales quotes groups and sorted by document types,. and more.
Overview:
*transferred = new record are inserted by document etc but is is still the same attachment or in the case of sharepoint the same SharePoint address is kept and new record with the same address is just added to the overview.
There are many reasons to add notes or attachments. and they must be Much more clearly visible if attached and if they are internal or external intended. maybe show them in the standard preview in a related information page.
for example:
customer note is added "remember to invoice the customer only on a Monday" (internal) , transfer note to sales order sales person can see the note from the new sales order, but adds a note "invoice exception discussed with customer to invoice on Thursday" (internal) and adds and attachment (external) the finance person opens the sales order and see the notes and attachment and creates the invoice (the note and attachment must be transferred to the invoice). accountant checks the posted invoice and see the notes and attachments.

Add and entity for case management to import take-on cases for collections
new customer has got hundreds of invoices managed with cases but there is not entity to import the cases and their history for customer and open invoices.

Allow for the import of case management on invoice collection history
Take-on of open invoice should also allow the import of their collection case history.

Insert column, mark the original included columns
When you click insert column it shows a list of all available fields from tables to insert, it would be helpful to see the columns that are already include as marked.
also show the form name and source table name where possible..
