Allow "Record Set" to be enabled on entity views
When viewing a specific entity in Dynamics Sales (Leads in this case), our teammates love the "Open Record Set' option that is available only when you open a specific Lead record. Our younger Producers who often work between 50-100 records in a given day would like that view to be able to show up automatically so they can quickly switch between records they've established in either System given views or Customer individual views so they can adjust Timeline Activities and/or data entry on each record. Speed is key and at the moment, this "Record Set" option allows for faster data input and tracking against Activities across multiple records.

Allow Timeline "Notes" to be visible in Entity view
When viewing an entity List View, such as Leads, our teammates would like to be able to see the Notes field that the Timeline uses so quick notes can be captured across multiple records at a time when viewing the List View and using the Editable Grid view. The benefit of using the Notes in the Timeline is they are captured and retained across the record as it may progress through Sales stages.

Allow Recipient Activity across any Email Activity
In our current environment, when teammates are either using the "Send Direct Email" option or a "Quick Campaign" to send bulk email types, neither offer the Email Engagement function as is currently allowed when sending either a 1-on-1 email or via the Marketing app. This is a loss of productivity and quick-win usage for just-in-time prospecting where a full-fledged campaign effort is unnecessary.

Allow dialing from TEAMS Dialer
When viewing "Contacts" in Dynamics Sales, the Phone column offers a hyperlink for the phone number. We have TEAMS dialer embedded in Dynamics, however, the Browser treats the hyperlinked number as a request to use an outside dialer (like the native TEAMS app in this case) rather than the embedded TEAMS dialer that will track the call in the Timeline of the Contact.
If you're unifying experiences, please consider actually unifying them and allowing the functionality intended to work. So much effort has gone into integrations to have our Sales staff remain in Dynamics and with the Browser being the point of entry, we can't have the browser dictating what works and how within your platform.
The expected functionality would be the user clicks that hyperlink number, it opens the Teams dialer in Dynamics, they complete the call, the Phone Call activity is closed and tracked within the Timeline of the associated record, and they can move on down the list of other numbers to call.

Sequence collapsing reexpands after selecting a record in Sales Accelerator
If you are using the sorting by Sequence Name option or any option whereby the activities in the Sales Accelerator are sorted under a header and can be collapsed or expanded, if you were to collapse your headers to limit the expansiveness of options showing, then select a single record from the expanded header, then automatically the list re-opens every collapsed header and you're brought back to the very top of the list again.
This frustrates my Producers greatly and is becoming a nuisance in their daily effort in the CRM. Not sure if this is a "BUG" or a feature request so I'm starting here for our organization. With over 2,500 licensed sales teammates, hoping this gets picked up quickly and resolved.
