 Some projects and especially investment projects must often be approved before the work can start. I suggest that a workflow is established for approval of projects. Approval status should be kept on the projects, and posting should only be allowed if the approval is required and has been done.

The service order margin report should also include item requirements. If item requirements are attached to a service order, the margin calculated is wrong and can cause losses due to faulty information of total cost and revenue for a service order.
