Advanced export control for return orders
Hi, a lot of customers working with dual use products will need to be compliant with EU and DOD regulations. This includes return order handling and tech support.
For return orders, it would be great if compliance checks could be made. Information under which license the transaction is to take place should be mandatory for a number of transactions.
When you send a return order it would be great if there was a compliance check. Also creating replacement orders would be a critical touch point.
