  • Report for Email activities does not display formatted text

    When we run the report for Emails activity. You will notice that the "Description Column" displays HTML content instead of the Actual Text.


    Steps:
    Create an email activity in CRM, with some content on the body of that email.
    Now, create a report from report wizard with the filter criteria that will fetch that email in the report.
    Ensure that the column "Description" is added on the reports.
    Run the report we will getting the description column with HTML content instead of actual text.
