Service employees more often use Opportunities and Quotes to directly sell Services. Once a Quote is won it should be possible to directly create a Work Order out of the Quote, copying all the Products and Services included in the Quote. -

Schedule Board Map with coloured pins for differend Requirements
Requirements on the Map view of the Schedule Board are shown through blue pins.
Our customer would like to have the possibility to define colours for the Requirement Pins in order to be able to immediately differentiate between different Types of Requirements:
for example WorkOrder Types or Incident Types that are more urgent than others
or Activities that require more Time than others.

Clear Message for users saving their Inspection with 100% complete
We found out that users who answer all questions of an Inspection and directly put the Inspection on 100% complete get the following messagge: "Please fix the highlighted errors". Actually there is nothing to be fixed, but the issue is that Field Service Mobile needs the user to save the fully answered Inspection once before he can put it on 100% complete.
To our opinion it would help users if the error messagge would say exactly this.
So we would like the error messagge to be changed to a text like: „Please save your changes before marking the Service Task as complete“.
In this way the users do not start searching for errors in their inspection but do exactly know what they should do in order to complete their Inspection Task.
