  • Batch Job Warning Message Change

We have customers where we submit Invoices via EDI At present we have the Print Management Set to Ignore However in the Batch Log a warning is displayed "no print management settings are applicable so no document is produced" This needs to be changed from a Warning (Triangle) to an i (Information) "i Print Management Settings are set to ignore" This would allow a visual check of those with genuine warnings and not those where settings have been requested and set intentionally
  • Batch Job Clean-up & Batch Job Clean-up (Custom)

At present there only Periodic Tasks in System Administration for Batch Job History Clean-up and Batch Job History Clean-up (Custom) What is needed is a Periodic Task in System Administration for Batch Job Clean-Up and Batch Job Clean-Up (Custom) This would allow batch jobs to be automatically deleted and cleaned from the database. The custom option would need to include the filters for the columns that are currently in place on the Batch Job view - https://gw-d365.operations.dynamics.com/?cmp=UK&mi=BatchJob For example: Delete Batch jobs that: Status: Ended Scheduled Start Date Time: Date Range & Older than XX Days Created By: Does not contain - ADMIN Run By: Does not contain - ADMIN Company Acc: Does not contain - DAT
  • Visibility of e-mail addresses used in print management (Invoices, Statements)

When sending Invoices / Statments / Credit Notes there is no visibility to see what e-mail address was used when the document was sent The Invoice Journal has an e-mail field that can be added but this is the e-mail from the Customer in Customer Service and not the e-mail address from Print Management You need some way of being able to see what e-mail address was used for a particular Invoice - A customer may ask "Who did you send that to" and the answer may be whatever the setting is at that time in Print Management As well as a screen view / modified view the e-mail address could be shown in the Batch Log - The batch log shows what has been sent to a printer - why can't it show the e-mail address for those sent by e-mail The latter would also involve Microsoft to fix the size issue of the Batch Log (500 Lines - Approx 230 Invoices isn't large enough)
  • Export - Report - Entity needed for Purchase Invoice Approval Workflows

    Good Morning

I've not been able to find any suitable tool to be able to export data from D365 to show the approval values at each step of a Purchase Invoice Approval Workflow

As many companies have multiple departments with mutiple flows in multiple legal entities this can soon run into hundreds of decision flows

I agree that this data could be retrieved one flow at a time and recorded somewhere but we know staff, flows. approval amounts can change on a frequent basis and it's not practical to have to manage seperate reports outside of D365

Also when organisations are audited the data in the system could be vastly different to a sepreate external report

If this information was available to be exported or have an entity it would be possible to develop a solution via the PowerPlatfrom, or that data could be exported to excel and feed into other excel sheets

Whatever could be exported would be useful - But I would like to have

    Workflow Name

    Sub Workflow Name

User Group Name / Person Name

User Group Code / User ID

    Workflow Amount

    For example:

WORKFLOW: Invoice Approval Workflow for Stores

    SUB WORKFLOW: RS REPAIR APPROVAL

USER GROUP NAME USER GROUP CODE WORKFLOW AMOUNT (PARAMETER)

    Retail Store Repairs Coordinator RSRC

Property Manager (UK & Eire) PMUK >500

    Support Manager SPM >5000

Head of Retail (UK, EUR and ASIA) HR (ROW) >50000

    Group Financial Director CFO >500000

    Chief Executive Officer CEO >5000000

  • Lease Commencement Report - Should use dates that mean sense

The Lease Commencement Report has a From Date and to Date ...... these are not the Lease Commencement From Date to To Date

The date used is "The date of the initial recognition journal entry that was posted for that lease version"

Which make this a Lease Commencement Report by Initial Recognition Journal Date

When the Lease Commencement Report is ran is does not show the Intial Recongnition Journal Date or Transaction in the report

The report use case and fields need to be redefined

  • Mass Delete of Open Order Lines on Invoiced Orders

Add item to System "Consistency Check" Items

Delete Open Lines on Invoiced Sales Orders

    OR

There needs to be a Delete Button on the Open Sales Order Lines View

This would allow the selection of multiple lines and then be able to mass delete

Order Status would need adding to the Fields list for the view

It would only Delete Open Lines if the header wasn't Open or Delivered
