Custom entity email fields cannot be used for sending emails
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys should enable users to create a custom entity with its own email field and use it for email submissions. Currently, the "Send to" option only allows selection of Contact or Lead fields. It is necessary for the system to also recognize and utilize custom entities.

Deleting a time-off request record doesn't delete the time-off from the schedule board or resource's calendar
Deleting a time-off request record should also remove the corresponding time-off entry from the schedule board or resource's calendar. This functionality will greatly enhance user convenience and efficiency.
