  • Setting the QualificationComments field of the lead table as a condition in the lead scoring model

    Currently, the lead scoring model does not allow the QualificationComments field in the lead table to be specified as a condition. For improved convenience, please allow the QualificationComments field to be specified as a condition.

  • Manage email notifications

    We would like to be able to receive email notifications without having to assign an admin role. Dynamics 365 will be more useful if this feature is implemented.

  • Default height of rich text field

    Currently, the default height of rich text fields is 200px due to a fix made in Jan-Feb 2025. We can customize and expand the field. but we would like the field size to adjust according to what is entered into the rich text field, as it did before the modification. This will make Dynamics 365 more useful.

  • Hide Teams chat icons

    Currently, it is not possible to hide the Teams chat icon. This is inconvenient and we would like to be able to hide the Teams chat icon. This feature would make Dynamics 365 much more convenient.

  • Please fix it so that the images are output correctly when using flow to output images to a word template.

    Currently, when using flow to output images to a word template, the quality of the output image is rough and both edges of the image are cut off. This cannot be avoided by enabling FCB. Please fix this so that images can be output correctly even when images are output to a word template using flow. We want to output a large number of images, and trying to output images without using flow is time-consuming and labor intensive. This feature would make Dynamics 365 much more convenient.
