  • Allow Attachments to Sales Documents

    There should be the ability to attach documents to all types of transactions, not just journals and purchasing documents.  Even if it is to add the Incoming Document function (without needing OCR) that would at least make it consistent.  As of today you can add a document via the Incoming Document function with our without OCR.  This type of function should be available on the sales documents as well.

  • Ability to Add XML Fields for Word Documents

    While there are many fields in the XML for the word forms, there are always new ones that customers would like to add.  For example, on the sales invoice the email address fields that are associated with the Bill To and Ship To addresses is not available.  Email for example, is something people like to print on their invoice/order formats. 

     

    The ability to add to the XML fields for all Word forms would be great.

  • Allow Exporting of Account Schedules Even if Only 1 Global Dimension is Set

    If you don't have 2 global dimensions setup you can't use the Export to Excel option under the Actions tab of the Account Schedule Overview.  

    So while you don't need dimensions at all, there are places in the application that require them to work properly.

     

     

     

  • Ability to Delete Multiple Records

    Hello,

    While on listing pages for sales orders, or unposted invoices, when you use the select multiple function the Delete option becomes inactive in the ribbon, along with Edit and View.  While Edit and View are understandable, a user should be able to Delete multiple records at one time.

  • Export to Excel with Filters

     The listing pages are great as is the ability to export them to Excel.  However, what would be more helpful is if the the export to Excel considered the filters on the listing page.  For example, I may restrict my list of posted invoices to Jan 1 to Jan 31.  When I export to Excel I get all posted invoices not just what I had filtered the data set down to.

  • Open Purchaes Order Report

    Just noticed that there is no standard report for Open Purchase Orders.  This is a standard report for companies that issue Purchase Orders.  Please add a standard report that allows reporting on Open Purchase Orders for as of dates chosen by users.  An Open PO Report would be the remaining values of all Purchase Orders that have not been invoiced.

  • Standardize Trial Balance Reporting Across Versions

    We recently provisioned a customer on a U.K. tenant and found that the U.K version does not have reports such as the Trial Balance by G. Dim or the Trial Bal. Spread by G. Dim. These reports are critical for users and don't seem to be region specific. They are important to anyone using dimensions.
