Allow users to generate one purchase order from a purchase requisition that contains one item covered by a purchase agreement and one item that is not.
Currently, when we create a purchase requisition with the following settings:
- Insert item X with an active purchase agreement for vendor A
- Insert item Y without any purchase agreement, also choose vendor A
-> When we generate a purchase order from the above purchase requisition, it will create 2 purchase orders: 1 with item X and 1 with item Y, even though both are using the same vendor A.
Hence, we would like to request development to ensure that this business requirement is fulfilled by allowing one purchase order to be created from a purchase requisition that includes one item under a purchase agreement and one item that is not, given that they have the same vendor.

Control the creation of transactions on Inventory journals
Currently, for inventory journals (e.g. Item counting journal), the transactions are immediately created once we add the journal lines and quantities, even when the journal has not been posted/ in 'Draft' status.
Even when we enable the workflow for the journals, it will only control whether journal postings are allowed, it doesn't function in the same way as the workflow for purchase orders (Transactions will not be created until the order is approved).
The expectation is that there is a way to control the creation of these transactions, either through workflow or through the posting of these journals.

Transfer item from one batch to another using mobile device menu item
In the current standard environment, there is no default mobile device menu item available to facilitate the transfer of items from one batch to another within the same location. Despite the availability of various movement options, such as Movement, Movement by Template, or Transfer menus - None of these options have default option to specify the destination batch for the movement of items.
- Proposed Enhancement:
To address this limitation, it is proposed to develop a mobile menu or function that allows item movement at the batch level. This enhancement would function similarly to the existing transfer order process, providing users with the ability to specify both the source and destination batches for the items being moved within the same location.

Allow attach clickable link to purchase order confirmation in Form Notes
Currently, the Form Notes feature only supports to display plain text, which limits the ability to include interactive elements such as clickable hyperlinks.
Use Case: My customer requested to add reference materials alongside purchase order confirmations. For example, users may need to link to product manuals, warranty information, or supplier websites.
Hence, we request to introduce the capability to embed clickable hyperlinks within the Form Notes to show in the Purchase order confirmation journals.

Support for Circular BOMs in Dynamics 365
A circular bill of material (BOM) reflects an item that has been defined as a component of itself, whether it is a first-level component or a lower-level component.
Currently, Dynamics 365 does not support Circular BOMs, as the functionality poses a high risk for incorrect cost calculations. When a circular BOM exists, cost roll up calculations and planning calculations will identify the error, and the calculations will not be completed.
However, circular BOMs is a common practice for many organizations, especially in specific industries where product structures rely on interconnected or iterative components.
We request that Microsoft consider addressing Circular BOMs into Dynamics 365 as a standard feature, ensuring the system can handle such configurations without posing risks to cost calculations or planning processes. Robust mechanisms should be implemented to safeguard against false cost calculations while allowing organizations to use Circular BOMs effectively and efficiently.
This enhancement would enable businesses to accurately reflect their operational requirements in the system, improving the overall usability and relevance of Dynamics 365 for diverse scenarios.
