• About Automating the Merge Duplicate Records Feature

    Currently, you can manually merge duplicate records in Accounts entity and Contacts entity etc.

    However, automating the consolidation of duplicate records is not provided as a standard feature.

    We believe that making this feature automatic will save time and convenience by eliminating the need to do it manually, and will lead to more efficient operations.

    So I hope the merge duplicate records feature will be implemented in automation.

  • Ability to permanently delete categories from Outlook side

    Currently, Outlook cannot be set to delete Tracked to Dynamics 365 categories.

    If there is a feature to delete categories in Outlook, I think it will be useful from the viewpoint of improving convenience.

    So I hope they implement a feature to permanently remove categories from the Outlook.


  • Feature to change the order of tables in the timeline record creation dropdown

    Currently, the feature to change the order of entities in the timeline record creation dropdown is not provided in the standard features.

    By implementing this feature, we believe that it will be more convenient because it will be possible to change the most frequently used table to the top.

    So, I hope that the feature to change the table order in the Create Record dropdown on the timeline will be implemented.


  • Feature to obtain the business unit to which the owner of the contact belongs as a string

    We want to get the business unit of the contact owner belongs as a character string and Inset it into the email.

    However, currently it is possible to display the GUID using the field "{{contact.contact_systemuser_owninguser.businessunitid}" for the owning business unit of a contact in the dynamic content, but a field displaying the business unit name is not provided.

    So, we hope that the feature to add a field for the contact's owner business unit name "{{contact.contact_systemuser_owninguser.businessunitname}}" or use up to 3 hops will be provided, and the feature to get the business unit of the contact owner belongs as a string will be implemented.

  • Feature to insert multiple images in timeline control

    Currently, when adding an image to a timeline note, only one file can be inserted.

    If you want to insert multiple images, you will have to repeat the same operation many times.

    If there is a feature to insert multiple images in the timeline control, it will not be necessary to repeat the same operation over and over again, which will increase convenience and improve work efficiency.

    So, I hope that the feature to insert multiple images in the timeline control will be implemented.

  • A feature to link and control emails for each two opportunity through auto capture

    Currently, auto capture is linked to the email address of the contact in charge of the transaction who is registered with the opportunity.

    However, if you have two opportunities, both with the same contact, and two emails each, you won't be able to link each opportunity.

    For example, since it is not possible to link the following emails, we believe that implementing a control feature would be very convenient.

     

    Example :

    There are "Opportunity A" and "Opportunity B", both of which have the same contact.

    E-mail C is registered in "Opportunity A" , and e-mail D is registered in "Opportunity B".

     

    I hope that a feature will be implemented to link and control emails for each two opportunity through auto capture.

  • Ability to create segments targeting addresses set in the consent center

    Currently, when creating segments in Real Marketing, the target audience is only contacts and leads.

    After creating a segment, you can add elements, but not consent center tables.

    Therefore, you can't create email segments that target addresses set up in the consent center, and it's not currently provided as a standar ability.

    It will be more convenient for users if you can add a consent center table and create email segments that target the addresses you have set.

    So, I hope that the future to create segments targeting the addresses you have set up in the consent center will be implemented.


  • Feature to Delete Actuals

    Currently, there is no function to delete achievements, and there are no realistic plans to implement this function.


    There is a restriction on achievements that prevents achievement data from being deleted from the system, and this is set to protect the integration with financial and accounting functions in project management.


    As a result, this restriction cannot be lifted, and achievements cannot be deleted.


    In addition, the project itself in which achievements exist cannot be deleted, and due to a design issue, there is no workaround.


    However, a lot of data is stored during the course of work, and capacity is consumed every day.

    For this reason, being able to delete unnecessary projects with registered achievements and achievements that are no longer necessary can free up some data capacity, and the ability to delete achievements is also convenient in terms of data management.


    So, we hope that the function to delete achievements will be implemented.

  • Feature Improvement Request for Applying Calendar Templates to Resources

    Applying a calendar template to resources can currently be done using one button in the "Calendar Settings." 

    However, the application of the calendar template is limited to a maximum of 25 resources.


    If there are hundreds of resources, you need to repeatedly execute the calendar settings button, which is cumbersome and inefficient for business operations. Additionally, for users with more than 1,000 resources, repeatedly executing the calendar settings button requires an enormous amount of time, causing significant disruption to their work.


    Therefore, having only one calendar settings button to apply the calendar template to resources is very inconvenient and user-unfriendly.


    As a standard feature, we believe that setting the limit in units of hundreds or allowing customers to remove the limit through their operations, as well as building functions or applications specialized in resource management (including calendar settings), would improve convenience and enhance business efficiency by making it easier to manage a large number of resources.


    So, I hope they improve the functionality of applying calendar templates to resources.
