Feature Request: Ability to Specify Schema Name When Creating Tables via Excel Import in Power Apps
Currently, in Power Apps, when importing Excel files to create tables, there is no option to specify the schema name in advance. Implementing a feature that allows users to define the schema name during table creation would enhance usability and provide better flexibility for customers.
Thank you for your consideration.

I would like to request a feature enhancement that allows displaying the "Audit History" item within a model-driven app, currently located inside a table, as a form tab instead of within a related tab.
I would like to request a feature enhancement that allows displaying the "Audit History" item within a model-driven app, currently located inside a table, as a form tab instead of within a related tab.
At present, there is no way to display the "Audit History" item inside a table as a form tab. This is because the related tab itself is non-editable, which prevents both editing and displaying the "Audit History" item as a separate tab within a form.
Implementing this feature would significantly improve user experience and convenience for our customers.

We would like to request a feature that allows users to output or view a list of users with whom table records are shared.
We would like to request a feature that allows users to output or view a list of users with whom table records are shared.
In the Dynamics 365 app, users can open a table record and share it by clicking [Share] -> [Manage Access] in the top right corner. We would like a functionality that enables us to view a list of users with whom the record has been shared.
Having this feature would enhance customer convenience.

Even when creating a scheduled meeting with Teams enabled on Dynamics 365, I would like the ability to utilize meeting summaries and tasks through Copilot for Sales.
Even when creating a scheduled meeting with Teams enabled on Dynamics 365, I would like the ability to utilize meeting summaries and tasks through Copilot for Sales.
Currently, when schedules are created via the Teams app or Outlook, and then linked to Dynamics 365 using the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook, the meeting summaries and tasks via Copilot for Sales are available. However, when schedules are created directly within Dynamics 365, this functionality is not available. I would like this to be improved.
Enabling this feature would significantly enhance convenience for our customers.

Request to Modify the "Switch Account" Behavior When Connecting from Power Apps to Fabric
Currently, when connecting from Power Apps to Microsoft Fabric, users are required to click "Switch Account" in order to proceed to the next step.
However, the settings screen already shows that the user is signed in with their own account. Therefore, it seems counterintuitive to expect users to click "Switch Account" unnecessarily.
We would like to request an improvement to this screen’s behavior to make the user experience more intuitive and seamless.

Support for Conditional Cell Coloring in Model-driven App Views
In model-driven apps, users often need to visually highlight specific data conditions within views (list displays). However, currently, there is no out-of-the-box feature that allows conditional formatting—such as changing the cell background or text color based on field values—in standard views.
We understand that column formatting using JSON is available in canvas apps and SharePoint lists, but similar functionality is not supported in model-driven app views. This limitation makes it difficult to provide intuitive visual cues for users, especially in scenarios involving status indicators, priority levels, or alerts.
We kindly request that Microsoft consider adding support for conditional cell formatting in model-driven app views, either through a built-in configuration option or by extending the current formatting capabilities.
Thank you for your consideration.

Enable Partial Match Search in Form Lookup Fields
We conducted verification in our test environment regarding the search functionality for lookup fields placed on table forms.
As a result, we confirmed that partial match search is currently not supported.
Additionally, we investigated whether there are any existing features or settings that allow partial match search, but unfortunately, we could not find any relevant options.
We kindly request the addition of a feature that enables partial match search in form lookup fields to improve usability and consistency with other search experiences.
