We are currently seeing hidden and merged Columns in all SSRS Reports - Standard + Customized which is very time consuming to export to excel and manually format.

The SSRS reports shall not have any format issues.

Reproduce -

1. Download any standard SSRS report such as Birthday report in Human resource module and export to excel - You will observe merged and hidden columns in the excel.

Users has below setup on profile -

Timezone GMT+4

DateTime en-gb

Country/Region ARE

If user creates an employee with date as today, it sometimes shows in the report as 1 day prior because of the timing on the employee that comes automatically on selecting the date.

This is a serious concern and needs immediate attention and solution
