  • Change default from "next 30 days" to "All" for open activity view in accounts and contacts

    The default filter for the view "open activities" in the account and contact forms is set to "next 30 days", which is very confusing for our users. I am not able to change the default filter criteria to "All".

    It would be very good if the filter for the "open activities" view in the account and contact forms would be set to "All".

  • activate smart matching and tracking token

    Though in the system settings the smart matching and the tracking token functions can be activated indepentantly, only the tracking token function is working if both options were set.

    It would be great if we would be able to activate a mixture of both.

  • "Reply all" in CRM Email activity differs from outlook behavior

    When hitting "Reply all" in an email activity in CRM the answer mail is opened and all receipients AND the sender (!) are set to the receipients in the new answer mail.

    In Outlook (and other email programs) the behavior is different: When replying to all, all receipients are set into the answer mail but not the sender himself.

    This is very annoying for our users, that the behaviors of CRM and Outlook differs.

  • allow many-to-many relationship between activity-entities and other entity types

    unfortunatelly it is not possible to create a many-to-many relationship between the activity entity types and other entity types.

    especially for our appointments we are also tracking which of our products are discussed during a meeting with the (potential) customer. This cannot be handled in the CRM system because a many-to-many-relationship between activities (e.g. appointments) and other entities cannot be created.
