Make the processing time for A/B test faster when user end it and pick the winner manually.
It was confirmed by the product team of Microsoft that there is a system that runs a check for the current status/result of the test every 4 hours. For tests that ends automatically, this behavior is somewhat understandable. However, for tests that are ended by users, and a winner is picked manually, it shouldn't take that long to process. This is causing 2-3 hour delays when we just want to end the test early, and proceed to send the winner email out. This delay can impact the overall timing and effectiveness of email campaigns, potentially causing discrepancies between the planned schedule and actual delivery times.
For tests ended manually by users, we should reduce the processing time, from 4 hours down to at least 2, if not within 1 hour from the time it ended.

Allow users to choose live chat transcript's format to download
Currently, when users click on "Download" for chat transcript, the default format is HTML. However, this is not really a good format to work on for a lot of users, especially in business context. We should allow more options to download the transcript, such as PDF, DOCX or TXT.

Introduce saving an existing Marketing Form as a template
With the Feb 2025 release of CIJ, we are now seeing Marketing Form templates. However, unlike emails where we can save an existing one as a new template, we can only create Marketing Form templates from the dedicated area. I think adding this would make the working experience a lot smoother, since we usually put something as a template after it is proven effective, same should go for RTM forms.

Allowing Advances purchased by multiple customers to apply on one single Project Contract
Currently, after an advance is invoiced an available, it can only be applied to the invoice sent to whoever purchased the advance. Which means even if we have multiple customers involved in the contract, advances purchased by non-primary customers will not be applied to the invoices.
We should be allowing this functionality, having multiple customers funding for the same contract happens all the time, this design is putting quite a limit to the app, going against the name "Dynamics".

Introduce Multi-step form for marketing forms
We are looking to see if multi-step forms will be planned for CIJ, similar to the one being used in Power Pages. Sometimes the forms can have too many fields to be able to stuff them all in one, and it can be overwhelming for users, reducing conversion rate. This can be achieved using custom code, but having it available OOB would be nice. Hope there are other users feel the same way.

Hyperlink should be keeping previous text styling
Currently, if you select a text line with styling applied, especially custom colors, and apply hyperlink to it, it will change to default blue. This is not really a good practice in terms of workflow, since you'll have to select the text and change the styling again - a very time-consuming process.
