Recently a tenant failed to upgrade to the latest patch of Business Central. We did not receive a notification, when we inquired with Microsoft it was due to a custom extension being incompatible with the BC release.
Receiving instant notifications of a tenant upgrade failure, listing the reasons for the failure will be beneficial to both partners and customers.

It would be nice to see cumulative release notes for the BC SaaS monthly updates. Customers frequently inquire what was changed / fixed / updated when they receive an update e-mail notification.

Planned
Give the ability to disable ListPart on pages like the customer card, and do not allow the ListPart to load in the background when turned off via user personalize.
There are performance issues with Sales Prices / Discounts ListPart on the stock Business Central SaaS customer card. For customers who retain price history, as the underlying table fills up, the customer card takes longer to load.

Under Review
The ability to have tenant upgrade notifications sent via e-mail with the scheduled upgrade time. Currently they are only presented in the Admin center.
There are several of my customers that have integrations that may need to be rescheduled, and extensions issues that caused down time because they had only noticed the upgrade was taking place via the Business Central Admin center. Not all users visit the admin center on a daily basis.

Currently customers in the US who have specific US Government contracts can only use Business Central On-Premise, or hosted IaaS in Azure. There is no Business Central Online / SaaS offering for customers who require Government Cloud.
In the future, it would be beneficial for tenants to have the ability to be spun up in a Government approved data center in the US.

Often times when a tenant is down for a hotfix / CU/ upgrade the end user only receives an error stating they cannot connect to the server. For the SaaS product it would be nice to have a upgrade or maintenance splash page when the tenant is in maintenance mode.

There are multiple Business Central users who have a 3rd shift, and need Business Central to be running during these shifts. Feedback from these 3rd shift customers would to have the ability to shorten the upgrade window for Business Central environments from 6 hours to even 2 or 4 hours. This will allow these manufacturing or distribution companies with a 3rd shift to anticipate the short outage.

When attempting to switch companies via "My Settings", the "Allowed Companies" page search functionality does not work. That is because the company name listed on the page is a source expression, so it is not searchable. Thus making the search that appears on the page ineffective. This is very confusing to end users with a large amount of companies in their database.
There are two solutions I see here:
1) Remove the search functionality from the page.
2) Change from a Source Expression to another type so the search functionality will work. (Preferred solution)
