    Enable 'Final Manager Rating' as condition option on Worker Review workflow. Enables scores to be sent back if blank or diverted into different experiences. Particularly important when mixed with Business Events.

  • Enable work item queue, and queue assignment rules for Human resources actions workflows

    The HR actions workflow is organisation wide. Where workflow flows through different corporate functions to embellish the action with further data, the conditionality needed to successfully distribute to the relevant groups/people in a large/global is messy and complicated.


    Efficiency can be gained through the correct use of workflow queues and assignment rules if this functionality is made available to HR actions workflows.

  • Enable date effective changes to be made to calendar/hours per week via employment date manager and employee details form

    Many payroll providers require a person's contract 'Hours per week' . This can be determined through the working hours associated with a calendar and a person's employment details, by deriving the working hours per day from the calendars, but the changes to a person's working hours over time can not be determined due to the lack of date effectivity with the calendar association.


    • Enable date effective the management of the calendar (and therefore work hours) through the Employment Date manager so that changes to a persons work pattern over time can be tracked in this interface


    • Display the derived weekly working hours from the person's calendar as a read only field on the Employment Details form
    • Display the derived weekly working hours from the person's calendar as a read only field on the Employment Date Manager form
    • Make changes to the payroll interface API to include the 'Hours per week' as a decimal field with 2 decimal points.


  • Tile on self service for Tasks from Onboarding, transitions and Offboarding

    Provide a parameter in HR parameters that enable the tasks from Onboarding, transitions and Offboarding to be surfaced on a tile on self-service.


    Tile must show number of tasks that require attention, providing the same tile functionality as appears on the Task Management workspace 'My tasks' tile

  • Extend Teams Task Management functionality to Onboarding, Transitions and Offboarding

    Extend the existing Team Task Management integration functionality detailed below for Retail to HR Onboarding, Offboarding and Transitions:

  • Restrict Document Type access by security role

    Provide parameters in Document Management that enable Document Types to be restricted by security roles (standard and custom).


    Where associations are made between a security role and a document type, then the end user with that security role will be able to see the document type enum, and any attachments related to that document type through the Dynamics User Interface (Separate security must still exist on Sharepoint or Azure Blob).

  • Enable retention schedules by Document Type

    In Document parameters enable retention schedules by Document Type. These schedules will use batch processes to clear the references from any record attachments for a specific type, and will work in combination with the deferred deletion parameter in Document parameters and ideally the document removal options against each document type.

  • Create cross company compensation entities

  • Create parameter to change the 'Finance and Operations' title in the ribbon

    Clients and customers like to brand their projects and solutions, and each FO app may be more appropriate if it were called by an internal name or perhaps just a function if a client is only going live for one area. Enable a system Admin to change a global parameters to rename the  'Finance and Operations' title in the ribbon
