  • Return custom email "from:" functionality

    Starting March 1, 2026, Microsoft removed the ability for government users of Customer Voice to create/use their own custom email addresses in the "from" field of email survey blasts. Instead, now all emails appear to come from "surveys@email.formspro.microsoft.com". We ask for MS to bring back functionality to have a customizable "from" email address in order to preserve the trusted identity of government agencies sending the email.
