Currently, Copilot for Sales cannot save recurring meetings to Dynamics 365, please consider this implementation in the future

Currently, there is no out-of-box method to do this, and the recommended method is via an environment Copy, or a 3rd party tool.

Benefits:

- Simplifies the migration process for individual entities

- Ensures consistency and accuracy across different environments

- Reduces the time and effort required to learn the 3rd party tool

Use Case:

This feature would be particularly useful in scenarios where specific entities need to be migrated or moved to a separate testing environment without affecting the entire organization. Currently, there is no out-of-box method apart from Export to Excel, which has a 100k rows limit, to achieve this, and the recommended alternative is via an environment Copy, or a 3rd party tool.

Current limit:

User cannot edit values for the Cross Tenant Server profile, only Location and Port can be changed. This is really inconvenient as values that need to be changed once in a while, like Client Secret, cannot be changed. Users would have to create a new Server Profile and go through the entire process one more time to get mailboxes working. No workarounds available

Suggestion:

Enabling all values of Cross Tenant server profiles to be editable would benefit users greatly

- As mentioned, convenience regarding values that need to be changed regularly

- Saves time on the process of having to re-activate mailboxes

- Provides general ease of access

Issue:

Attachments need to be exported separately from their parent records, which requires re-setup of relationships, consumes time, and more often than not, it can mess up data

Suggestion:

Please implement some out-of-box methods to allow attachments to be exported along with the "main" table as one entity. One current suggestion is to make it so that attachments are "bonded" with the records that contain them, as a field instead in addition to being saved in a table and using a pointer.

• Ensures data integrity
• Frees the relationship to the attachments table
• Eliminates a lot of the requirement to use third party tools

Currently:

Azure Synapse Links with Workspaces featuring private endpoints are not supported.

Benefits:

Allowing support for private endpoints allows more options and freedom for the user
