When a cashier searches for a customer in POS, searching on customer name only gives to many hits. Therefore, often the street or the place of residence is asked as well as an extra criteria. At the moment, the two search criteria are used for an OR search, giving back all the customers with lastname X and/or all customers living in place of residence Y. The result is not limited enough. It would be a huge advantage if the criteria where searched for via AND, and returning only the customers who fulfill both the criteria

In some scenario's, an order is placed for a customer in POS and the cashier wants to order the items directly from the vendor instead of using store inventory. At the moment, creating a purchase order for a sales order is only possible in the back office. It would be a great advantage if this could be done in POS as well.
