• KB Artical filter is not working based on a new custom entity

  • Users want to display the KB article name instead of the number on the Power apps Portals.

    .

  • Skip stages on the Portal web pages

    User want to jump to the previous steps in Portals (for example if they are in step 4, they should jump to step 1or2 on single click). With OOB we tried but no options to get this functionality.

    However, user tried with WebApi and still it is not working for Advanced form session entity because it is configuration entity.

    Tried with Client side scripting, but it also not working

    Unable to Filter in Columns - Dashboard View


    Repro steps:

    1. Create a dashboard(PErsonal/system), user List view.
    2. Now, apply filter on columns.
    3. Filter option grayed out in dashboard
    4. As a work around, we can click ellipsis at top right corner and select "See all records" to quickly navigate to entity list view and do filter in it.
    5. However, is there any chance to apply filter on dashboard.
    6. OR else, can we remove the FILTER button.

    Please suggest.

  • How to clear cache programmatically for portal

    Customer is importing data from Power Portal/Power Pages at end user. They are managing through import process from MS Flow and import the data in Dynamics CRM from backend.


    But imported data does not reflecting to the power portal immediately due to cache configuration from Microsoft end.

    Ask : Not able to hide views using "Manage and Share views" option for My Work / Activities list -Task, Phone Call, Email, Appointment, Project Service Approval, and Booking Alert. 

    Users must be able to hide any view in the entire "Activities" list, not just those in the "Activity" section


    Navigations :

    Access CRM Online environment

    Navigate to Activities

    From views, select drop down

    We see ACTIVITIES , TASKS, PHONE CALL, EMAIL, MEETING, SERVICE ACTIVITY & SOCIAL ACTIVITY

    Goto Manage and share views: Activities

    We can be able to hide ACTIVITIES. However, we cannot perform any activities on TASKS, PHONE CALL, EMAIL, MEETING, SERVICE ACTIVITY & SOCIAL ACTIVITY


    Ask : Is there any way we can hide any activities on TASKS, PHONE CALL, EMAIL, MEETING, SERVICE ACTIVITY & SOCIAL ACTIVITY, how we are doing on ACTIVITIES.

    Issue : Dataverse search is not working on regarding field of activity tables


    Troubleshooting:

    With regarding field of activity tables we are unable to fetch the records from global search.

    Tested the same in vanilla and we see the same behaviour.

    Enabled all Activities (EMAIL/TASKS/PHONE CALL/APPOINTMENT etc..) for dataverse search. But still with regarding field we cannot search the activities.


    Ask : Is there any possible ways to search with regarding field of activity tables ?
