Automatically populate queue in the FROM field on an outgoing email
We want to send all outgoing emails from a queue with a linked functional mailbox. So when you create a new outgoing email in CRM, the 'From' field should be populated automatically with the queue. Currently, there is a possibility to solve this with a workflow but the timing is not correct. You must first click 'send' or 'save' to ensure that the queue is filled. Show Company name - Multi company synchronization
If Dynamics 365 Sales is integrated with Business Central and uses the multi company synchronization functionality, the company name from BC isn't visible by default on the opportunity form in D365 Sales.
Only an ID of the company is shown.
As a result, it is not clear to the sales person to which company the opportunity is synced.
