  • Allow Modifying Record Primary Name on Form Header

    It would be useful if the Header Title or "Record Primary Name" could be customized. For example, currently the Record Primary Name for a case is linked to the Case Title. We have had a request from the customer to prefix the Record Primary Name on the form header with the Case Number. Example: Previous Record Primary Name : Title of the Case (Case Title) Requested Change : 100001234 - Title of the Case (Case Number + Case Title)

  • Allow vertical scrolling for individual form tab columns

    My users would like to view the Timeline while navigating the case form. The ability to scroll down one column of the tab while leaving the column with the Timeline in place would grant this ability.

  • Persistent Duplicate Detection Rule Ignore

    Our users have complained about the duplicate detection rule pop-up continuing to appear after they have selected "Ignore & Save". It seems that anytime the record is opened or refreshed (manually or via JavaScript), the pop-up will once again appear on save. This is a poor user experience. If there was a way to remember that the duplicate detection rule was ignored and only retrigger if the field(s) associated to the duplicate detection rule was modified, it would provide a much better UX.
