• Stop deprecation of Legacy Navigation Bar (breadcrumb menu)

The deprecation of the Legacy Navigation Bar is a terrible user experience decision. Being able to view the breadcrumbs at the top of the screen (or at all for that matter) is extremely useful for both business users as well as for IT administrators. For IT administrators like myself, when sending or receiving screenshots of D365 screens, it is extremely helpful and necessary to see the breadcrumbs in order to know how to navigate to that screen. For business users, the same applies when internally training new users in D365. The "restyled navigation bar" doesn't add any new feature (and only removes a feature) as the Search function is already available in the top right corner on the Legacy Navigation Bar. Please seriously reconsider the deprecation of the breadcrumbs or at least find a way to add it back to the new navigation bar.

  • Clicking Enter on "Is one of" filter type opens the filter dropdown instead of hitting Apply

In version 10.0.32, when using the "is one of" filter type, after inputting your selection and hitting Enter (on the keyboard), instead of Apply, the filter field dropdown opens. This is bad user experience. Hitting Enter on the keyboard should Apply as it does in previous version of D365 FO

  • DOM gives preference to shipping orders completely from one location. Give ability to favor location priority and split ship instead

"DOM gives preference to shipping orders completely from one location. Therefore, if a whole order and its lines aren't available from a location that has a priority of 1, DOM will try to fulfill it from a location that has a priority of 2."

In certain cases, the business would prefer that the order split ship between a priority 1 and priority 2 location instead of consolidating the entire order to a priority 2 location but there's no option to configure DOM this way. In our business-case, priority 1 is our DC and priority 2 contain our brick-and-mortar stores.

Take for example an order for 10 items. 9 out of the 10 items are available at a priority 1 DC location. All 10 items are available at a priority 2 store location. DOM will route all 10 items to the priority 2 store location. But we would prefer that the DC location fulfills 9 of the 10 items and the store location fulfills the last item. We'd prefer the store not wipe out that inventory that could have shipped from the DC.

  • Remove trash can button on color groups translation screen

When going into the translations screen for a particular color from the color groups screen (Product Information Management > Setup > Dimensions and variant groups > Color groups), there's a trash can button at the top. Clicking on this button deletes the entire language, and thus deletes all color descriptions and color names setup in that language. This button has been mistakenly clicked multiple times by users, thinking that they were just deleting the particular color they selected. This button is not intuitive, nor should it be that easy to delete an entire language and all of its associated color descriptions and color names.

  • Creating a new customer in Customer Service screen does not open newly created customer record

When creating a new customer from the form Retail and Commerce > Customers > Customer Service, you are returned to the Customer Service screen instead of the newly created Customer record. If you didn't make note of the Customer Account Id in the New Customer popout, it's very difficult to find the account you just created.

Suggestion: when creating a new customer within the Customer Service screen, you should be brought to the newly created customer record.
